RECREATION CENTER POOL HOURS:
Closed Mondays-Will be open Memorial Day and Labor Day,
in which case the pool will be closed the following Tuesday
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Sunday & Holidays 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM
Friday & Saturday 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
RESORT POOL HOURS:
Daily Hours Including Holidays 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM
The last 15 minutes of each hour (except closing hour) is a mandatory cleaning break. Pool PH and chemicals will be tested at this time as well. The pool will be closed at this time with the exception of swimming laps in designated lap lanes.
The pool will close early at 4 PM on days when home swim meets are scheduled.
Management reserves the right to close the pool in an emergency situation. In cases of lightning or thunder, the pool and deck areas will be cleared for thirty minutes following the first sighting of lightning and or sound of thunder. If thunder and lightning continue, the thirty-minute period will start again until thunder and lightning has stopped and left the area.
IMPORTANT UPDATES ARE COMMUNICATED VIA OUR KCOA REC PASS APP. TURN ON YOUR APP NOTIFICATIONS ALWAYS.

The HOA staff will be available Monday - Friday to help get you all set up and ready for the pool! Stop by our office for any guidance!
