The HOA staff conducts a drive-through of the community periodically to check for streetlight outages. We try to do this 2 to 3 times a year. We will report every light that is out during our drive-through to Dominion Energy, or to your neighborhood manager. In most cases it takes anywhere from a few weeks to a few months depending on the reason the light is out. In some extreme circumstances it can take longer for a repair/replacement. Usually when they have to order a new pole it can take much longer.
There is an overhead problem and repairs may take 2-3 weeks.
There is an underground problem and repairs may take 2-3 weeks. If extensive damage is found, a yellow wrap may replace the green wrap on the pole.
