Please DO NOT place unbagged leaves on the curb. Clear plastic bags may be placed on the curb during proper pick up times only.
York County: Residents of publicly maintained streets can place an unlimited number of clear bags of leaves at the front roadside for collection during these weeks only: November 23, December 7, December 21, January 4, January 18 & January 25. In addition, you may bring leaves year-round to the VPPSA Compost Facility located at 145 Goodwin Neck Road, Monday through Saturday, 8am to 4pm.
Newport News: All bagged leaves can be placed in clear plastic bags for Bulk Trash pick-up on these dates only: November 2, 16 & 30, December 14 & 28.
