Rules For Submission

QUICK RULES:

  1. Unless a shorter duration is requested, submissions shall be posted on the member communication portion of the Association's website for a period of fourteen (14) days and retained by the Director of HOA Operations for a period of six (6) months.

  2. Submissions will be posted to the member communication portion of the Association's website two (2) times per month. Submissions received on or before the 30th of the prior month shall be posted no later than the 5th of the next following month, and submissions submitted on or before the 15th of the month will be posted on or before the 20th of the month.

  3. Submissions must not exceed 500 words in length (i.e., approximately one letter-size typed page).

  4. Submissions must be signed with a printed name, address and contact telephone number of the Lot Owner(s) and must be submitted in electronic (.txt) and Word format.

  5. The subject matter of the communication must be an association-related issue, announcement, or concern.

  6. The communication must not be a solicitation or for a commercial purpose.

  7. Submissions including untrue, defamatory, profane, offensive or obscene materials or remarks shall not be posted or published.

  8. The Board reserves the right to have any Lot Owner communication reviewed by the Association's legal counsel for legal compliance and legal risk management prior to the posting and/or publication of the Lot Owner's correspondence.

  9. The Board reserves the right, in its sole discretion, not to publish any communication and/or to edit any communication for publication purposes.
