The following is a summation of the major changes you need to know for the upcoming Annual Meeting & Election:
There are several reasons for the changes in Annual Meeting and Election Policies/Procedures.
First and foremost is for the convenience, health and safety of our members and staff during the ongoing COIVD-19 Pandemic.
We expect to be in similar circumstances in March, with governmental restrictions on the size of gatherings.
We want to ensure all our residents have an equal opportunity by having a mail-in ballot to cast your vote for the candidates of your choice for the 2021 Election of Directors.
ANNUAL MEETING WILL BE STREAMED ON ZOOM ON MARCH 2, 2021 at 7:00pm.
NO VOTING OR ELECTION RESULTS AT THE ANNUAL MEETING – MAIL IN OR HAND DELIVER SIGNED BALLOT WITH CHOICE OF CANDIDATES TO HOA OFFICE BY 5:00PM FEBRUARY 26, 2021
PROXY WILL ALSO BE MAIL-IN OR HAND DELIVER TO HOA OFFICE - PROXY WILL ONLY BE USED FOR QUORUM & APPROVING IRS TAX RESOLUTION, NOT FOR ELECTION VOTE. ALSO DUE BY 5:00PM FEBRUARY 26, 2021
NOMINATION PETITIONS FOR CANDIDATES DUE BY 5:00PM JANUARY 25, 2021
NO MEET THE CANDIDATES NIGHT – BIOGRAPHIES AND VIDEOS WILL BE POSTED ON WEBSITE
