The 2021 KCOA Assessments are $101.14, due as of January 1st. We understand the mail has delayed numerous coupon books and payments. Until you receive your 2021 coupon book, you are more than welcome to drop your payment off in the HOA office mailbox. Those on ACH will not receive a coupon book and should have been notified by BB&T. At this time all ARB applications will be processed with the committee via email on the scheduled meeting dates. There will not be any in-person meetings until further notice. All decisions made by email will be ratified at the next in-person meeting; however, residents do not need to wait for this and can proceed with their project once you have received approval from the ARB.
