2010 Annual Meeting

One of the changes made to the Governing Documents this past year is that the Annual meeting has been moved from April to the 1st Tuesday of March, and this year, it will be held on March 2, 2010.
If you are interested in running for the Board, below are the forms that are of importance.
- Nomination Petition
| This is the form that you must complete and return to the Homeowner's office if you are interested in running for the board.
- Candidate Biography Form | In addition to the nomination form, you must submit the Candidate Biography form as well. If you would like to fill the form out online, please click here.
If you are a homeowner and cannot attend the Annual Meeting on March 2nd, below is the proxy that is needed for your vote. Please bring it to the office or give it to a neigbor to cast your vote!
- 2010 Annual Meeting Proxy | This is the form that you must complete to cast your vote if you cannot attend the meeting in person.
