This page will be to learn about what the Board of Director's is currently working on to improve the neighborhood. Please check back often for a detailed list. During this Board term (April 2009 - March 2010), we are working or have completed the following:

• The Board developed a budget for the 2010 Fiscal Year and met with the Neighborhood Advisory Board (NAB) members on October 20, 2009 to go over and review the budget. The budget has been approved by the Board and has been posted on the website for your review. The section is password protected, so please contact the office for the login information.
  
  
• The Board has worked with the City of Newport News to install cut-outs at the sidewalk between Lake Cambridge and the Kiln Creek Elementary School. This project has been completed. Click here to see a picture of the final product.
  
  
• The Board has been working on getting cameras to read the license plates off of the cars in the event we have an incident that requires that level of detail. The installation of these cameras will begin in January 2010. You can view a demonstration here.
