Special Notes

Be sure to check the expiration date on your Pool Pass. If your pass has expired, please visit the Homeowner's Association for a new pass. If you have lost your pass, there is a $10.00 fee.
Please note, during the 2010 summer season, it came to the Board's attention that the last 15 minutes of each hour that was dedicated to "adult swim time" was a violation of the Fair Housing Act. Our attorney asked that we cease & desist this practice. After careful consideration, the Board voted to dedicate the last 15 minutes of each hour to "lap swim only". The last 15 minutes of each hour allows the guards to take a small break to get re-focused and is really more of a built in safety feature for the residents so that the guards can refresh their eyes and be ready after the 15 minutes to be alert. They also do bathroom checks, and guard changes during this time.
The pool will close early on days when home swim meets are scheduled. Please check the Swim Team Schedule at the pool.
Management reserves the right to close the pool in an emergency situation. In cases of lightning or thunder, the pool and deck areas will be cleared for thirty minutes following the first sighting of lightning and sound of thunder. If thunder and lightning continues, the thirty minute period will start again until thunder and lightning has stopped and left the area.
